Call for Abstract
The Organizing Committee of 2026 INC cordially invites you to submit abstracts for consideration for oral or poster presentations. All submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough review by the Scientific Program Committee. Please carefully review the guidelines prior to submission. Abstracts must comply with the instructions detailed below.
Important Dates
* All dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)
- Abstract Submission Deadline : Sunday, July 5, 2026
- Abstract Modification Deadline : Same as the submission deadline (unless otherwise indicated)
- Notification of Acceptance : Monday, August 3, 2026

Abstract Format
Abstracts should be typed in double spacing and clearly present the key elements of the study, including the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.

Submission Procedure
- Create an account or log in to the submission portal.
- Complete all required participant and author information.
- Enter your abstract content and select your preferred presentation type.
- Review your submission carefully and finalize it.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
* If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact the secretariat.
** Abstract(s) must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system. Submissions via email or postal mail will not be accepted.
*** Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be carefully reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee in accordance with established review guidelines.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the presenting and submitting authors by Monday, August 3, 2026.
- The presenting author is required to confirm their attendance promptly upon receipt of the acceptance notification.
Abstract Withdrawal
- Failure to complete registration by the specified deadline may result in the exclusion of the accepted abstract from the final program.
- If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the Secretariat at your earliest convenience (contact@exlina.com).
Additional Guidelines
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors are required to disclose any financial relationships such as research funding, consultancy, or stock ownership - that may be perceived as relevant to the content of the abstract.
- Meeting Registration: Submission of an abstract does not equate to registration for the meeting. Presenting authors must register separately.
